Abstract

Program slouží na především další analýzu dat zpracovaných softwarem Amplicon. Funguje však i s libovolnými sekvencemi uloženými ve FASTA formátu. Analýza spočívá v genotypizaci organismu na základě vstupních sekvencí oproti zvolené referenční databázi. K tomu využívá algoritmus BLAST. Výstupem je tabulka nejpodobnějších sekvencí ke každé sekvenci dotazu, je možný i výstup ve formátu proměnné MATLAB či, excel tabulky.

Abstrakt aglicky

The program primarily serves to further analyze the data processed by Amplicon software.But it works with any sequences stored in FASTA format. The analysis is based on the genotyping of the sample based on the input sequence versus the selected reference database. It uses BLAST algorithm. The output is a table of most similar sequences for each query sequence, possible output formats are also MATLAB variables, or Excel tables.
