Original Abstract

The article deals with the description of block library creation for compiling computational models of commercial vehicles. These blocks are created using the basic elements of software Simulink and represent the main powertrain parts for the simulation of longitudinal vehicle dynamics. The article describes the design and function of each block, and demonstrates the powertrain assembly of commercial vehicles with 6x6 drive. In conclusion, a simulation of starting and stopping is done to verify the functionality of the assembled model.
