Způsob vytváření mezivrstvy na skleněných testovacích substrátech, určené k lepení čipů, kde na povrch skleněného testovacího substrátu se nanese alespoň jedna vrstva skleněné pasty, načež se bezprostředně po nanesení poslední vrstvy skleněné pasty, dříve než skleněná pasta zaschne, povrch skleněné pasty popráší jemným prachem z teplotně odolného materiálu pomocí nanášecího zařízení, načež se skleněný testovací substrát vysuší a pak vypálí při teplotě 450 až 650 stupňů C po dobu 5 až 20 min, načež se povrch skleněného testovacího substrátu opláchne vodou anebo ofoukne proudem vzduchu. Skleněná pasta se výhodně nanese sítotiskem do tvaru pražců.
