Prototypem je svislé soustružnické centrum BASICTURN 1250 C-M vybavené řídícím CNC systémem FANUC 31i TA. Nosné části svislého soustružnického centra tvoří svařované lože a tuhý celek pravého a levého stojanu. Stojany jsou v jejich spodní a horní části spojeny dvojicemi svařovaných příček. Lože je k celku stojanů polohováno dvojicemi ustavovacích šroubů v osách X a Y. Obrobek se upíná na upínací desce průměru 1250 mm pomocí čtyřčelisťového upínání.

The prototype is the vertical turning Center BASICTURN 1250 C-M, equipped with CNC control system FANUC 31i TA. The carrier of the vertical turning center consists of a welded bed and right and left stand. Stands are in their upper and lower part connected by pairs of welded rungs. Racks are in their lower and upper parts are joined pairs of welded rails. The bed is a whole rack positioning pairs of locating screw axes X and Y. The workpiece is clamped on the clamping plate diameter 1250 mm by four clamping jaw.
