Original Abstract

In this work, electrical transport properties of arrays of metal-oxide nanocolumns prepared by anodic oxidation of Al/Nb and Al/W bilayers are presented. We report symmetrical and asymmetrical electrical behavior for the two material types in a wide range of temperatures. We discuss, based on the obtained electrical properties of the developed structures, their suitability for different applications.
