Original Abstract

Současný demografický trend přináší změny jako klesající porodnost, stárnutí populace či vstup nové generace lidí na pracovní trh. Tento vývoj má samozřejmě dopad i do podnikatelského prostředí. Tato situace je zároveň umocněna dopady ekonomické krize 2008. Tento stav klade požadavky na organizace jak se těmto změnám přizpůsobit, aby byly schopny efektivně doplňovat personální potřeby např. z nevyužívaných pracovních rezerv. Jednou z takto nevyužitých rezerv je právě skupina absolventů bez praxe.

English abstract

Purpose of the article: The current demographic trend brings changes such as declining birthrate, ageing of the population or the entry of a new generation of people in the labour market. This development naturally has an impact on the business environment. The above factors are also enhanced by the effects of the 2008 economic crisis. This situation requires organizations to adapt to these changes in order to be able to effectively supplement staffing needs e.g. from unused labour reserves. One of these unused reserves is the group of graduates without experience.
