Original Abstract

Nedílnou součástí regionální ekonomie je lokalizační analýza, která se stejně jako obecná regionální ekonomie zabývá racionálním prostorovým uspořádáním aktivit. Obsah, metody a techniky lokalizační analýzy se vyvíjí a formují postupně a nyní již představují relativně ucelený systém analýzy a kvantifikace rozmísťovacích procesů.

English abstract

The aim of this article is to explain the localization analysis and to characterize its two partial analysis and then to focus on the analysis of the distribution of activities specifically. Four methods are used in the analysis of distribution. These methods have been described in detail and establish a localization index and location quotient for each sector in the South Moravian Region.
