Original Abstract

Téma informačních modelů budov (Building information model - BIM) je aktuálnější, než kdykoliv v minulosti. V době, kdy vláda Velké Británie uznala tento standard (proces) jako jeden ze základních nástrojů pro další vývoj stavebního průmyslu, je nejvyšší čas položit si otázku jakým směrem se bude ubírat pozornost našich odborníku stavebnictví a to jak akademické sféry, tak sféry projekčních a realizačních firem, až po oblast tzv. facility managementu. Jelikož základním aspektem pro vyvolání diskuzí je informovanost široké odborné veřejnosti, i další řádky mohou pomoci s orientací v této problematice.

English abstract

The theme of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is more topical than ever. At a time when the UK government acknowledged this standard (process) as one of the basic tools for further development of the construction industry, it is time to ask which direction it will take the attention of our construction professionals both in academia so community of design and of realization companies to the field of facility management. Because a fundamental aspect of the discussions is to induce awareness of the general public among the construction experts. Additional lines may help with orientation in this field.
