General philosophy of the automatic apparatus was stated taking into account complete noise characterization of the analyzed device. A universal automatic apparatus for complete noise characterization is suitable for laboratory and for detailed analysis of technology. This version is intended to measure and evaluate frequency noise voltage for electronic devices.
