Original Abstract

This work deals with the preparation of self-ordered semiconductor (TiO2) and noble metal (Au) quantum dots (QDs) arrays by nonlithographic template method, particularly by means of anodizing aluminum layer into porous alumina template. The emphasis is placed on the successful preparation of QDs arrays with the desired properties and their characterization by SEM, EDX and fluorescence spectroscopy.
