Nanášecí zařízení pro vytváření vrstev na vnitřním povrchu malých otvorů, které obsahuje hubici opatřenou na jednom svém konci hubicovým těsněním, přičemž druhý konec hubice je zaústěn do tlakového regulátoru, přičemž nanášecí zařízení dále obsahuje nádobku s médiem. Způsob vytváření vrstev na vnitřním povrchu malých otvorů, kde do otvoru vytvořeného v materiálu se podtlakem vytvořeným na horním konci otvoru spodním koncem otvoru nasaje do otvoru médium a následně po zaplnění vnitřního otvoru tímto médiem se médium z otvoru vypustí spodním koncem přetlakem vytvořeným na horním konci otvoru.

In the present invention, there is disclosed a spreading apparatus for making layers on inner surface of small holes comprising a nozzle provided at its one end with a nozzle sealing, whereby the other end of the nozzle enters a pressure controller, wherein the spreading apparatus according to the present invention further comprises a container with a medium. The invention also discloses a method of making layers on inner surface of small holes, wherein medium is sucked through the lower end in the hole performed in a material by the action of vacuum generated at the upper end thereof and subsequently after filling up the inner hole with this medium, the medium discharges from the hole through the lower end of the hole due to excessive pressure generated at the upper end of the hole.
