Abstract

Software je určen pro vyhodnocení výsledků cytotoxických testů analýzou digitálních snímků buněčných linií získaných pomocí fluorescenční mikroskopie. Software pracuje automaticky a je založen na segmentaci relevantních částí obrazů a vyhodnocení intenzity fluorescečního záření uvnitř vybraných oblastí.

Abstract in English

The software is designed to evaluate the results of the cytotoxic test analysis of digital images of cell lines obtained by fluorescence microscopy. The software works automatically and is based on a segmentation of the relevant parts of images and evaluation fluorescečního radiation intensity within the selected areas.
