Abstract

Termální napařovačka Balzers byla doplněna o teplotní vyhřívání pláště komory pro dosažení vyšší hodnoty vakua. Ohřev nosného média byl zabezpečen průtokovým ohřívačem a bylo doplněno přepínání na chlazení komory. Je možné pracovat s ohřevem nebo bez ohřevu pláště komory.

Abstract in English

The thermal evaporation system Balzers has been supplemented by thermal heating cover chamber to achieve higher vacuum. Heating the carrier fluid flow heater was secured and was supplemented by switching the cooling chamber. It can operate with heating or without heating cover chamber.
