Original Abstract

This paper deals with functional magnetic resonance imaging, in particular with dynamic causal modelling as one of the methods for effective brain connectivity analysis. Dynamic causal modelling has been carried out on real measured data. Attention has been focused on the effect of region coordinates selection designated for the dynamic causal modelling on its results.
