Original Abstract

Digital non-linear chaotic maps offer much more possibilities to generate long pseudo-random sequences than piecewise linear ones. Creating large set of suitable non-linear continuous map to digitise is complicated. Chaotic switching bypasses creation of non-linear maps and non-linearity is made using switching process.
