Original Abstract

This paper deals with classification of bioinspired methods that were applied for design of fault tolerant reconfigurable systems in recent years. The methods take inspiration from phylogenetic, ontogenetic and epigenetic principles observed in nature. New research fields that have appeared are evolvable hardware, embryonics and immunotronics.
