Tento nástroj umožňuje tvorbu referenčních nukleotidových denzitních vektorů ze souboru sekvencí libovolného genu jednoho druhu, vytvoření databáze referenčních vektorů a následnou identifikační analýzu neznámých sekvencí k druhové příslušnosti.

This software provides tool for calculation reference nucleotide density vectors from dataset of arbitrary gene sequences of species, tool for creating database of reference density vectors and consequence identification analysis of uknown sequences to correcponding species.
