Abstract

Vzhledem k tomu, že OptSim je simulační software pro optické telekomunikační sítě, neumožňuje zobrazení Brilloinova frekvenčního posunu. Tento frekvenční posun je nutno znát, chtěli bychom vytvořit charakteristiku optického záření včetně vlivu Brillouinova rozptylu. Vytvořený modul umožňuje zpracovat data v prostředí MATLAB a následně je ve vhodné formě opět přivést do softwaru OptSim. Lze tak zobrazit Brillouinovu frekvenci v závislosti na změně indexu prostředí.

Abstract in English

OptSim is a simulation software for optical telecommunication networks and does not display Brilloin frequency shift. This frequency shift is necessary to know, if we want to create the characteristic of optical beam spreading, including the effects of Brillouin scattering. The created module allows to process data in MATLAB and subsequently in an appropriate form again send to OptSim software. Then is possible to view the Brillouin frequency depending on the refraction index of the fibre.
