Abstract

Program umožňuje roztřídit surová sekvenační data do jednotlivých vzorků podle zadaných MID. Je vhodný na odhalování nových genetických variant. Využití má především v oblasti výzkumné, kde nestačí aktuální software Amplicon variant analyzer od Roche.

Abstract in English

The program tool can sort raw sequencing data into individual samples acording to their MID sequence. It is suitable for the detection of new genetic variants. It has applications primarily in the area of research where current Roche Amplicon variant analyzer software can't be used.
