Vysokonapěťová N oblast pro integraci řídicí části horního spínače spínaného zdroje topologie Half Bridge. Laterální izolace je tvořena vysokonapěťovým NMOS tranzistorem a je možno ji použít jako bootstrap pro plovoucí N oblast. Součástí N oblasti je i level shifter pro komunikaci mezi nízkonapěťovou a plovoucí vysokonapěťovou oblastí. Cílem struktury je ověřit odolnost plovoucí N oblasti vůči ESD. Struktura je navržena v technologii VHVIC3 firmy ON Semiconductor

High-voltage N area for the integration of the upper switch of power source with Half-bridge topology control part integration. Lateral izolation is formed by high voltage NMOS tranzistor and can be used as a bootstrap for floating N area. N area contains also level shifter for low-voltage and floating high voltage areas communication. The target of the structure is to verify immunity of the floating N area against the ESD. Structure is designed in VHVIC3 ON Semiconductor technology.
