Original Abstract

This paper deals with the energy and the environmental assessment of renovation of the elementary school building located on Svážná Street in Brno - Nový Lískovec. It is demonstration project of the energy-efficient building renovation in the Czech Republic. The main objectives of this renovation are significant reductions of the overall energy consumption of the elementary school building while assessing the resulting impact on the environment.
