Original Abstract

Článek je zaměřen na analýzu terminologie v soudně-inženýrské praxi při řešení případů podezřelých ze spáchání pojistného podvodu. Především se zabývá výkladem a užitím pojmů: rozsah poškození, charakter poškození, korespondence poškození a technické přijatelnosti nehodového děje.

English abstract

The article deals with terminology analysis in forensic engineering practice, when dealing with cases of suspected perpetrators of insurance fraud. Primarily, it deals with the interpretation and using of the following terms: the extent of damage, the character (type) of damage, the correspondence of damage and the technical acceptability of the act of accident.
