Original Abstract

We present two methods for determination of relationship among bacteria. The proposed methods use polar coordinate representation from whole bacteria genome. The first method is related to the frequency of dual nucleotides, the second method is related to the frequency of trinucleotides. Reliability of methods was verified on dataset that consists of 21 bacteria.
