Original Abstract

The vision of the telecommunications market today is "information at any time, at any place, in any form." Agent-oriented technology may be a way to achieve this goal. Fundamental importance is to enable service customization and instant service provision in these days -- the main actors in this scenario are agents, which are able to solve a lot of problems which providing of telecommunition services brings. This paper tries to answer question if agent-oriented technology could be a way.
