Original Abstract

In presented paper we investigated the existence of solutions of differential matrix linear delayed equation. We found the solution in recurrent form. By using this solution form of non-homogeneous matrix equation, the necessary and sufficient condition of controllability of correspondent control problem was formulated and proved.
