Original Abstract

This research is aimed to detection of the repetition sequences in human genome by a character based method. The detection of these repetitions can help to explain evolution in one species, if the repetitions are shorter, or genetic disorders, if the copies are longer. This work is focused on the detection of the six nucleotides repetitions.
