On the project

Laser-based beam shaping transforms electron microscopy into a programmable quantum system, yet parameter complexity makes manual alignment impossible. We address this with a Physics-Informed Multimodal AI Co-Pilot. Unlike black-box automation, this Agent uses "System 2" reasoning to interpret language and vision, validating parameters via a C++/CUDA Virtual Microscope before execution. This ensures safety and consistency. The framework democratizes access, providing researchers with sub-second, expert-level guidance.
