On the project
This project investigates reactive crystallographic texturing of lead-free BCZT ceramics near morphotropic phase boundaries using digital light processing (DLP) 3D printing. Plate-like BaTiO₃ templates will be employed to induce oriented grain growth during in situ solid-solution formation in additively manufactured components. The influence of composition and texture on dielectric and piezoelectric properties will be systematically studied using advanced structural and electrical characterization.
