On the project
The project aims to strengthen the resilience of urban logistics and supply chains in the V4 region through structured stakeholder interviews, comparative analysis, and practical knowledge dissemination. Using AI-supported tools, the project will analyze local vulnerabilities and identify scalable solutions to ensure logistics continuity in times of crisis. A joint methodological framework will be co-created at a workshop in Brno and applied across all four countries to support consistent and comparable data collection. The findings will be shared through a public conference in Budapest, a multilingual policy brief, and an open-access e-learning module hosted on Moodle. The project fosters regional cooperation, knowledge transfer, and long-term capacity building in sustainable and competitive urban logistics.
