Project detail

Correlative Data Analysis System for Deep Understanding of Materials and Biology (Correlyze)

Duration: 1.1.2026 — 31.12.2028

Funding resources

Technologická agentura ČR - Mezinárodní výzva Partnerství Eurostars 3 - Call 9

On the project

The consortium will develop the Correlyze correlative imaging system, for GLP-compliant research, demonstrating applications in life, environmental, material and pharmaceutical sciences (musculoskeletal, nano-plastics, battery and cell screening research). Correlyze builds on XamFlow (Eurostars Project 9126), extending the microCT platform to diverse modalities in microscopy, spectroscopy, and tomography, to streamline multi-modal image analysis, image registration, statistical and automated evaluations, simulations, and visualizations. Correlyze allows combining open-source, in-house, and commercial modules and bridging across scales and dimensions, managing of positioning information (nanoGPS), distributed machine learning-based AI processing models, concurrent multi-user workflows and flexible interactive interfaces empowering experts, and facilitating improved research outcomes.
