The European Cyber Command and Control System (ECC2) project aims to establish the foundations of a European level command and control capability for the cyber domain, addressing part of the needs of EU CSDP missions and operations, and supporting the integration of cyberspace operations at both operational and strategic levels. ECC2 is conceived as a collaboratively developed, operated, and sustained capability, providing a common baseline for cyber C2 across EU Member States and EDF associated countries, while supporting the alignment, coordination, and evolution of national cyber command and control activities within a coherent European framework.
