On the project

Hall probes are a versatile type of sensor often used used in applications requiring low-cost, small-sized sensors that can operate efficiently. Novel materials such as graphene offer improved sensitivity and a larger range of operating temperatures than semiconducting materials currently used in Hall probes. Furthermore, hydrogenation can increase the sensitivity of graphene. In this project, we will fabricate Hall probes based on hydrogenated graphene, which will aid to further develop graphene Hall probes for industrial applications.
