On the project

This project connects the research on molecular systems for organic electronics with Low Energy Ion Scattering (LEIS) analysis. The primary objective is to develop a method for quantifying organic molecular coverage on surfaces by detecting carbon LEIS signals. Additionally, the project will investigate the interactions between the ion beam and organic molecules with diverse structures and chemical compositions from a fundamental LEIS perspective, providing valuable insights for ion scattering community.
