On the project

This project aims to enhance the mechanical properties of 3D printed hydroxyapatite-based scaffolds for bone tissue engineering. Focusing on integrating alumina fibers into hydroxyapatite, the project seeks to improve scaffold strength and biocompatibility. Advanced ceramics and additive manufacturing techniques will be employed to produce patient-specific scaffolds, potentially revolutionizing bone grafts and implants, thereby improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.
