On the project

The proposed project dealt with the topic of high entropy ceramics. The investigated composition contains oxides of Mg, Cu, Co, Ni, and Zn. Samples of this material are prepared by a suitable heat treatment comprising calcination for powders and sintering for bulks. However, a systematic study of the sintering activation energy of this material has not yet been published. Such research may help to optimise the sintering conditions and lead to a reduction in energy consumption and sintering time.
