On the project
This Specific project focuses on optimizing LIBS measurement parameters on metal-coated biological soft tissue samples. Bayesian optimization based on Gaussian Process regression will be implemented, which will shorten the whole optimization process many times. The aim is to introduce a new methodology for internal standardization in bioimaging using the LIBS technique for skin tumor diagnosis.
