On the project

Záměrem výzkumného záměru je vytvořit digitální dvojče CNC obráběcího stroje pro účely proaktivní údržby jeho hlavních konstrukčních prvků včetně metodického postup jeho návrhu. Digitální dvojče bude primárně sloužit k posuzování technického stavu, zatěžování a predikce zbytkové trvanlivosti vybraných komponent. Hlavní důraz v rámci řešení projektu bude kladen na kuličkové šrouby a vřetenové jednotky CNC obráběcích strojů.

Description in English
The aim of the project is to create a monitoring unit with a digital twin of CNC machine tool selected parts for proactive maintenance purposes. A methodological procedure for the design of the digital twin of the machine as a necessary part of the monitoring unit will be developed. This digital twin will primarily be used to assess the technical condition, loading and to predict the residual life of selected components, in particular critical components in terms of complaints and necessary service interventions. The digital twin will monitor the condition of the machine in real time using sensors, the data obtained will be analysed using selected artificial intelligence elements and will provide TAJMAC-ZPS with data for the introduction of a new service: sharing/rental of machine tools.
