On the project

Here, we will demonstrate the CRISPR-Cas based 'On-the-Fly' Fluorescent Detection of DNA using Graphene Quantum Dots Micromotors. This work will serve as a foundation for future applications of CRISPR-Cas/GQD-MMs in biosensing and precision micro-/nano surgeries. Both systems, CRISPR -Cas and Graphene Quantum Dots Micromotors working together guarantee ease of construction and assembly, low-cost, and technical simplicity which will be helpful in biomedical applications such as drug delivery, cancer therapy etc.
