Předmětem projektu je rozšíření a rozvoj spolupráce s vnitrostátními a  mezinárodními bezpečnostními složkami v oblasti forenzní analýzy kryptoměn. Napříč bezpečnostní komunitou zapojenou do projektu budou v  rámci odborných workshopů, přednášek a setkání sdíleny informace o  kryptoměnových mixovacích službách a kryptoměnových hardware peněženkách. Kryptoměnové mixovací služby často slouží k legalizování kryptoměnových prostředků zatížených problematickou transakční historií (např. ransomware, podvodná jednání, výnosy z obchodování na temných tržištích) a tím komplikují trasování kryptoměnových prostředků spojených s nelegální činností. Analýza kryptoměnových transakcí hardware peněženek umožní seznámit se s možnostmi identifikace těchto zařízení v rámci kryptoměnových sítí.

Description in English
The aim of the project is to expand and develop cooperation with national and international security forces in the field of forensic analysis of cryptocurrencies. Information on cryptocurrency mixing services and cryptocurrency hardware wallets will be shared across the security community involved in the project through expert workshops, lectures and meetings. Cryptocurrency mixing services are often used to launder cryptocurrency funds encumbered by problematic transaction histories (e.g. ransomware, fraudulent activity, proceeds from trading on dark marketplaces), thereby complicating the matching of cryptocurrency funds associated with illicit activity. Analyzing cryptocurrency transactions of hardware wallets will provide insight into the possibilities of identifying these devices.
