On the project
In this project, we propose novel methods of direct growth of MXenes Mo2C, which is compatible with UHV (ultra-high- vaccum) conditions and thus suitable for real time growth monitoring and in-situ characterization of their products. In this way, this new class of materials size and, structure will be optimized, contirbuting to an increase of their application potential in photoelectronic devices(e.g. sensors) with improved electric transport and optical properties.
