On the project

The project focuses on developing a novel algorithm for an important signal processing application – the acceleration of the dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The task corresponds to signal reconstruction from incomplete observations. New algorithm for the reconstruction will be developed, enabling acceleration of the extremely time-consuming and expensive procedure of the MRI acquisition. The method will be based on iterative approaches but will also employ the modern methodology of deep learning via the unfolding approach.
