On the project

This project aims at spectroscopy of thin magnetic films of molecular magnets prepared in a ultra-high vacuum (UHV) chamber. Samples will be transported from UHV chamber by UHV mobile transport directly into our in-lab high-frequency electron spin resonance spectrometer without any contact with detrimental air and moisture. By this approach, we will be able to rapidly increase the research capacity of thin magnetic films down to a monolayer for electronics applications.
