Vápenec je dnes běžně využíván pro mnohé účely (výroba cementu, vápna, omítek, odsiřování, hutní průmysl, zemědělství atd.). Pro různorodé účely využití je vyžadována různá čistota a zrnitost vápence. Cílem tohoto projektu je analyzovat kvalitu dostupného vápence a na základě získaných informací navrhnout možnosti využití pro různorodé účely.

Limestone is commonly used for many purposes (cement, lime, plaster, desulphurization, metallurgy, agriculture, etc.). Various uses require different purity and granularity of limestone. The aim of this project is to analyze the quality of the limestone available and, on the basis of the information gathered, to suggest the possibilities of use for various purposes.
