Pokročilá detekce paroxysmální fibrilace síní v krátkodobých záznamech EKG

Description in English
The main goal of the project is the development of software modules for automatic detection of atrial fibrillation in ECG. The modules will ensure the solution of several issues regarding ECG processing and analysis. Design and implementation of the methods will be performed during two phases of the project. During the first year, database of scored ECGs will be created. The database will be used for the development and testing the algorithms. Algorithms for ECG delineation will be proposed during this phase of the project. During the second year, approaches for atrial fibrillation detection will be proposed based on the results of ECG analysis. These approaches will be tested, optimized and used to create the standalone software modules.
