V procesu vedení sehrávají kíčovou úlohu leadeři pracovních skupin a týmů. Jejich kompetentnost významně ovlivňuje chování a výkon ostatních pracovníků. Projekt je zaměřen na identifikaci a popis kompetencí leaderů v mezinárodním prostředí a bude podkladem pro následnou tvorbu kompetenčního modelu. Cíle: Analýza a kritické zhodnocení vědeckého poznání v oblasti leadershipu se zaměřením na úspěšné vedení mezinárodních pracovních týmů. Zmapování klíčových kompetencí leaderů žádoucích v mezinárodním prostředí.
