The project will increase cooperation and communication of universities in R&D fields, get in touch and communicate with enterprises easier, unify R&D information flow on interactive portal, set up one stop shop at universities, pilot project of network-field centers with experts for particular fields (corporates and universities) and auction system of partnership. Universities agree mutually on common rules/procedures/sample agreements which are used in R&D field. This is beneficial for realization ofR&D projects, for equipment and machinery sharing and for enhancing intellectual and industrial property protection.
