COMPETENCE

The Department ensures in particular:

• the preparation of the budget of BUT and of the budget of the Rector's Office,
• the analysis of economic information,
• the agenda of subsidies and contributions (including programme financing),
• the settlement of contributions and subsidies with the state budget of the Czech Republic,
• the methodology of the financing and economics of projects in cooperation with the Departments providing project support
• the methodological setting up of the financial control process,
• analyses of the financial management of BUT and of the Rector's Office,
• the preparation of the annual report on the financial management of BUT,
• the methodology for separating economic and non-economic activities.
