The festival Hudba z FEKTu will, for the 16th time, help us say goodbye to the summer holidays in the parking lot of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication (FEEC). On Wednesday, 18 September 2024, five student bands will perform starting at 12:00 between Technická 10 and 12. The event will be closed by two headliners Deloraine and Cocotte Minute.The festival is organized by the student association Studenti pro studenty from FEEC as a volunteer non-profit project. Its aim is to give student bands the opportunity to perform at an open fair concert in front of a large audience. The idea to organize the festival came in 2008 and since then the event has been held every year at the start of the winter semester. This year's festival will also commemorate the 65th anniversary of FEEC and the 125th anniversary of BUT.The audience will be treated to student bands July Morning, ZBYNEK, Levaross, Momentary Francis and Slaves of Passion. Winners will receive valuable prizes. There will also be a packed accompanying programme of competitions and drink specials. Check the Facebook event details.
