The Questionnaire survey will be conducted at BUT, which is intended for all employees of BUT in employment.Anyone with any level of employment will have the opportunity to complete this survey. We appreciate all your responses.You will receive a link to complete the survey via email or you can find it on SharePoint/Questionnaire Survey.WHY ARE WE CONDUCTING THIS SURVEY?
At BUT, we care about ensuring that everyone can work in an environment that supports open communication, mutual respect and professional growth. The aim of the survey is to gain a better understanding of the needs and experiences of employees across the university and to analyse the current state of HR policies at BUT in key areas and aspects.
Your feedback will help us:- identify what is working well and where there is room for improvement,- adjust HR processes to better reflect the real needs of employees,- foster a working environment that is pleasant, efficient and fair.

Key areas covered by the survey include:
Grant support and cooperation with industry, workplace culture at BUT, internationalisation, science and research, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, social safety, prevention and handling of undesirable behaviour, education and career development, international mobility, employee benefits, counselling and support services, work–life balance and parenting, recruitment and selection processes, onboarding and adaptation, and more.
Another goal of the survey is to identify progress in the key areas of the HR Award Action Plan (2023–2026) and to define future steps and measures that will support the sustainability of the "HR Excellence in Research" (HR Award) recognition for the upcoming period (2026–2031). The survey is also part of the Interim Assessment phase of the HR Award process.Detailed information about the HR Award process can be found on the BUT website.
The questionnaire survey for employees of the BUT is carried out through the Click4Survey web. Click4Survey s.r.o. has accepted a modified version of its Terms and Conditions, Personal Data Processing Policy and Processing Agreement. More info here.
