In 2025, the Human Resources Department/Personnel Development Department will continue to focus on improving and supporting Social Safety, Gender Equality (GEP), and HRS4R - "HR Excellence in Research"/HR Award.
ACTIVITIES in 2025
All activities are carried out for the entire academic and non-academic community of BUT.
We consider support and development to be an extremely important area of HR policy.
In 2025, we will continue to strive to improve, develop, and professionalize the areas of Social Safety, implementation of the new Gender Equality Plan 2025-2028 at BUT (GEP), and the HRS4R Action Plan at BUT - "HR Excellence in Research"/HR Award.
The Personnel Development Department, which falls under the Human Resources Department, is involved in the nationwide PPRO project (18+ universities), the EULIST and CASEAR alliances, as well as ENOHE (global network of ombudsmen). The coordinators are members of "the ŠOP" School Ombudsman Platform of the Czech Republic and participate in CARDEA meetings and others.July - December 2025- E-course in English "Principles and rules of recruitment and selection" to be launched in October 2025- Finalization of E-courses on Social Safety (pilot in Czech launch postponed to October)- Finalization of the "Cookbook" on the Social Dafety system at BUT for contact and cooperating persons- Finalization of the "Guide" to ensuring and supporting Social Safety at BUT for the academic and non-academic community.- In September 2025, two more internal workshops were held for contact and cooperating persons for social safety at BUT with the coordinators.- NKC event in June 2025 NKC - gender and science - Coordinators regularly participate in online and face-to-face meetings of ombudsmen and persons in similar positions in the Czech Republic.January–June 2025- Preparation of a "cookbook" for the social safety system at BUT for contact and cooperating persons.- Coordinators regularly participate in online and face-to-face meetings of ombudspersons and persons in similar positions in the Czech Republic.- Innovation of the website to support social safety at BUT - WEB - SOCIAL SAFETY AT BUT.- In February 2025, webinars and workshops were held for contact and cooperating persons for social safety at BUT.- In May, Martina Martínková attended the ENOHE Conference in Amsterdam.- Report from the conference directly from the School Ombudsman Platform (ŠOP).- In January, a colloquium of ombudsmen and persons in similar positions in the Czech Republic was held at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
